1. Returns

1.a. Returns for general reasons (other than those described in point 1.b.)

Should the buyer wishes to return the item for any reason, except the reasons described below in point 1.b. , it must be returned within 30 days at buyer's cost, in the same condition in which it was received.


1.b. Faulty/defective items or arrived damaged items

In the unlike scenario the item arrives faulty/defective or damaged, we will reimburse the return shipping cost to the buyer through PayPal, in order to send the item back to us for replacement item or a refund.
The return shipping cost can be paid in 2 ways (buyer's choice):

  • though PayPal before the buyer sends the item back

  • when the item is delivered to us by refunding the whole amount of the purchase plus the return shipping cost.

2. Refund or replacement process

  • If the buyer chooses the refund option, the refund will be processed by our customer services department within 2 working days of successful delivery.

  • If the buyer chooses the replacement option, the replacement item will be sent within one working day via UPS Express Delivery.
