1. Are your products new or used?
We sell only new products manufactured under high quality standards. They come into white boxes unopened and unused.
2. How will you ship the items?
We ship all domestic and international orders with UPS Express Shipping and provide tracking data. You receive your your tracking number within 1 working day and you will be properly notified for this via email/message/messenger etc.
You can check the delivery status of your order by using the tracking number on the official website of ups. If your delivery status has not updated, please email us the order details so we can investigate it further.
3. How do I know that the product I have ordered will fit my vehicle?
First of all, it is important for every customer to know exactly the fitments details of the product needed (example: length). We provide in almost all of our listings specification details or reference part numbers which must be taken into account before purchasing the item.
Since it is highly likely that the customers' vehicles have been modified or enhanced in some way, the typical fitment guides may not apply. Therefore, it is strongly suggested to consult your tuner/mechanic/installer before buying in order to be 100% sure for the product your are buying.
Please keep in mind that we do accept returns on all our products within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unused, uninstalled, undamaged and unopened in the original manufacturer packaging.
